Using the latest DesignCAD and simulation systems, we carry out all processes from the receipt of an order to pattern making within a short time frame. Manufacture

The past few years have seen a dramatic increase in the sophistication of customer requirements, which include quality maintenance, increased variety, small-lot production, quick delivery and low prices. All of our lace-making machines are computerized, and our multi-product small-lot production line eliminates waste, enabling us to produce the exact quantity of high-quality products that are ordered. We have been streamlining, downsizing and introducing production lines to respond quickly to our customers' needs. Moreover, our products are managed by computer in a special rack warehouse and distributed in a quick and efficient manner. In order to maintain the trust of Kuroda Lace customers, we will continue to innovate ourselves and take on new challenges.

Every year more than 100 new patterns are developed at Kuroda Lace. We plan and propose original products that meet a wide range of needs - from long-lasting products to top-brand trendy items. Development requires detailed market research and accurate analysis. As a true partner that can gain the trust of our customers, we propose totally coordinated products, and carry out material development and production. By constantly offering exciting new products, Kuroda Lace is making an important contribution to the lingerie fashion industry.
Dyeing
A delicate and refined dyeing technique to make lace shine
n the Sample Dyeing Department, we dye lace using colors specified by clients, and dye newly designed lace for proposal to clients. Lace dyeing can be likened to the application of makeup: a process that helps create flair and sophistication through the addition of rich color. We strive to respond flexibly to customers' dyeing requirements, including color-matching and delivery timeframes.
Processing
Final lace processing
Final processing including the trimming, unstitching, inspection, packing and shipping of lace is carried out in the Processing Department. Within the fashion industry, customers' needs continue to increase in complexity and diversity. Due to this, clients' demands (delivery time and quality) are intensifying. In order to meet such demands, we established a rationalized production system for smooth processing and shipping, and are making efforts to stabilize product quality.
